GOOD MONDAY MORNING…IT WAS GREAT TO GATHER AROUND THE TABLE OF THE LORD SUNDAY MORNING…BEING TOGETHER AND ENJOYING THE FELLOWSHIP AND THE MEMORIES IS ALWAYS A BLESSING, BECAUSE GOD POURS OUR HIS GRACE UPON US ALL.
IT HAS BEEN A EXTREMELY HOT SEASON AND WE ARE TRUSTING THE LORD TO PROVIDE WHAT WE NEED IN THE WAY OF RELIEF FROM THE HEAT AND THE DROUGHT….WE CAN AND MUST PRAY AND THEN TRUST GOD TO DO WHAT IS BEST FOR US ALL.
I AM PRAYING THIS MORNING FOR THOSE FAMILIES WHO HAD LOVED ONES KILLED THIS WEEKEND IN AFGHANISTAN…WE HAVE FAMILIES IN OUR OWN AREA AFFECTED AND WE MUST PRAY THAT THE WILL KNOW THE COMFORT GOD CAN AND WILL GIVE.

The sheriff of a small town was also the town's veterinarian.
One night the phone rang, and his wife answered. An agitated voice inquired, "Is your husband there?"
"Do you require his services as a sheriff or as a vet?" the wife asked.
"Both!" was the reply. "We can't get our dog's mouth open, and there's a burglar in it."
