SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT…. When a ship is facing an iceberg, it is obvious that the
vessel is confronting a great danger. But when one little barnacle attaches
itself to the hull of the ship, no one notices. Then, other barnacles attach
themselves, and over a period of time the ship loses its efficiency and power
because its hull has been encrusted with thousands of barnacles. That is the
great danger in the Christian life. Maybe you have made a little compromise
here. Maybe you have slacked off a little there. It has been so slow in your
Christian life that you have not really noticed. I challenge you to notice
today!
