Good cloudy Monday morning it is a bit cooler on this last Monday of August and we all here in north west Louisiana hope that is a harbinger of things to come. We had good attendance though out the charge…most vacations are over and now we are getting ready for the biggest season on the year…LSU football…..looking as if that will be an interesting season.
We have completed the imagine no malaria offering for the month…thank you for your willingness to give and make this offering a hugh success. A report will be made in the Sunday bulletin and the Charge News about the offering.
We have one sermon left in the big question series and will address it on September 11 along with a litany of remembrance on the 10th anniversary of the events of 911.
Sunday we will gather at the table of the Lord and celebrate Holy Communion together…I hope you will be with us.

Mistaken Identity
This year, at the annual summer day camp Westside Bible Church runs, we have a set of identical twin brothers enrolled. They are 6 years old and very, very identical.
At the end of each day's schedule, all of the day camp students gather together in our main hall and watch a slide show of pictures taken during the various activities of the day. As they watch, the children point out individuals they recognize in the photos. Today, when one of the twins was recognized, a number of children pointed to him and said, "That's you!"
Apparently it wasn't, because he replied loudly in protest, "No, that's not me. That's the other me!
I pray that our Lord will bless you mightily…
See You Sunday!!!!!
