good monday morning…it is wonderful…i can hear the birds singing like it is spring!!!  it was good to see you all at worship sunday we missed those of you that were out and that is always the case…i hope you make plans and are in worship next sunday…we will be at gilliam.

we are working on a couple of things for both church, the sound system at gilliam and hosston needs attention i am hope to meet with CLAIBORNE sharp today to begin the process of taking care of some lingering PROBLEMS and upgrade some as well.. the organ at hosston is having a few issues and we found someone to look into that for us and i hope that will be taken care of soon as well.

we will begin the PROMOTION of the 2015 lenten mission projects sunday february 22, lent will BEGIN february 18 with an ash wednesday service at gilliam…it will be held at 7 Pm

A wife had been wanting new kitchen cabinets, but her husband resisted. When there was sickness in their daughter's family, she went to be with them for a couple of weeks until the crisis was over. When she returned, she was shocked and overjoyed to find that, in her absence, her husband had had new cabinets installed in the kitchen. She thanked him profusely, and he dismissed her praise by saying that he did it simply because he loved her and wanted to see her happy. A few days later a neighbor saw the wife at the grocery store and said, "All of us were so glad that the fire your husband had while you were gone was confined to the kitchen!"
